Our Yoga Instructor
Yoga Dave!
A note about our instructor, Dave Dunbar. He has been leading yoga classes for 20 years at places including The Adirondack Club in Franklin, a variety of yoga studios in our area, corporate yoga classes at CVS, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Textron, state and county prisons in Bridgewater and Dedham, the Bellingham VFW and in the homes of private clients. One of his favorite quotes: “Yoga is not about getting a tight ass. It’s about getting your head out of it.” Dave is a U.S. Navy veteran, served in Vietnam, and is a member of the VFW.
